ADM Capital Publishes Sustainability Report 2025
ADM Capital remains focused on generating responsible, long-term value for investors while strengthening corporate business resilience across the region. Our private credit strategy addresses a critical funding gap for Asia’s small and medium-sized enterprises. Through tailored Environmental and Social Action Plans (“ESAPs”), ESG KPI monitoring and active engagement, we help borrowers manage material risks, improve ESG performance and build more resilient business models.
In 2025, we strengthened our climate risk management capabilities by developing a proprietary portfolio-level transition risk assessment tool and conducting a portfolio-wide physical climate risk assessment using the WWF Risk Filter. These tools enable us to identify concentrated exposures, prioritise borrower engagement and embed climate resilience into investment monitoring and decision-making. We also deepened our nature-related analysis through enhancing assessments of assets in sensitive sites and applying the WWF Risk Filter to evaluate how nature-related impacts and dependencies may translate into business risks and value-creation opportunities.
This year’s report demonstrates our stewardship approach through borrower case studies covering ESAP implementation, climate risk measures and ESG KPI performance. Our first formal borrower feedback exercise also generated positive results, highlighting the value of our engagement in identifying ESG risks, building organisational awareness and improving data quality and reporting practices. A key milestone was the first full year of impact reporting from our climate strategy. In 2025, our climate fund, the Asia Climate-Smart Landscape Fund (“ACLF”) achieved:
- 15,622 hectares under improved land management;
- Nearly 239,000 tonnes of CO₂e reduced or removed; and
- Engagement with more than 12,000 livelihoods, approximately one-third of whom were women.
We also reduced operational emissions by 21% compared with 2024, while financed emissions decreased by 25% year-on-year. Our responsible investment approach continued to receive industry recognition: in 2025, ADM Capital was named Investor of the Year (Asset Manager) by Environmental Finance and received the HKVCA Sustainability Award of Excellence for an ACLF transaction, while maintaining top PRI ratings across all assessed categories.
We thank our LPs, borrowers and partners for their continued trust and support.
