As a pioneer in ESG-integrated private credit in Asia with a 28-year track record, ADM Capital has navigated diverse economic cycles and evolving market dynamics. Today, the global landscape surrounding sustainability and ESG investing has become more complex—and at times, highly contentious. Yet, despite these headwinds, our core mission remains unchanged: directing capital to generate responsible, long-term value for our investors while fostering sustainable resilience across the region.
Our private credit strategy continues to address a critical funding gap by providing tailored financing to Asia’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As the backbone of the region’s economies, these businesses are on the frontlines of both environmental vulnerability and opportunity. Rather than relying on exclusion, our pragmatic approach centers on transition and deep engagement. Working in close partnership with our borrowers, we implement tailored Environmental Social Action Plans (ESAPs) and leverage robust ESG KPI reporting to help companies transition toward sustainable, future-proof business models that protect and enhance enterprise value.
A key milestone in 2024 was our accelerated focus on nature-related risks and opportunities, supported by our long-standing partnership with the ADM Capital Foundation. Recognizing that biodiversity loss poses a systemic threat to global economies, we have strengthened the alignment of our practices with the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) Recommendations and integrated natural capital considerations deeply into our underwriting and monitoring. To ensure efficiency and reduce complexity, we have folded our TCFD and TNFD disclosures directly into this year’s Sustainability Report, providing our stakeholders with a unified view of climate and nature risk management.
We are proud that our grounded, impact-driven approach continues to receive industry recognition. ADM Capital was honored as Investor of the Year (Asset Manager) at the Environmental Finance Sustainable Debt Awards 2025 and Private Debt Firm of the Year (ESG) 2024 by New Private Markets, alongside achieving top ratings in all categories for our 2024 UN Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) Assessment.
