TCFD Report 2022

Increasing physical and transition risks from climatic events and regulatory change are impacting company operations. At ADM Capital, we recognize the challenge for our borrowers and that these challenges may be significant in shaping investment outcomes.

We are focused on understanding and addressing climate risk through assessment, research, and proactive engagement with companies. The release of our 2022 TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures)-aligned report outlines our continued efforts in engaging our borrowers and managing risks across our portfolio within the Asia Pacific region.

Formed in 2015 by the Financial Stability Board, the TCFD equips companies with insights to facilitate investors, lenders, and insurance underwriters in conducting systematic evaluations of climate change-related hazards. In 2017, TCFD introduced its first climate-linked financial disclosure recommendations with a comprehensive framework of suggested disclosures concerning climate-associated risks and opportunities.
